A proposito di questo sito (Agg a Giu 2009)     (-->English)
L' idea di questo sito e' nata durante il meeting dei Service Managers tenuto a Ivrea il 22 Nov 2008, che ha visto la partecipazione di oltre 50 persone da 5 Paesi diversi.
Volevamo innanzitutto offrire uno strumento che consentisse a tutti coloro che hanno condiviso la "cultura del Service" di rimanere in contatto, e per questo abbiamo messo in linea i nominativi e le coordinate di quanti hanno confermato questo desiderio.
Tocca a voi mantenerlo aggiornato e vivo: per questo vi invitiamo innanzitutto a verificare la correttezza dei vostri dati e aggiornarli secondo il bisogno.
Vi invitiamo anche a inoltrare contributi su "eventi" che riguardano momenti della vostra vita che volete condividere con gli amici: sara' la prova che tanti anni non sono stati vissuti insieme solo per semplici motivi di business. Ci contiamo!
Un breve commento su questa versione di sito: abbiamo deciso di rilasciarlo a Febbraio 2009 in versione draft dopo quasi tre mesi dal nostro incontro; contiene molta della documentazione presentata a Ivrea e un ricco album fotografico.
E' stato realizzato con poverta' di strumenti ma con grande impegno; so che lo apprezzerete anche per questo.

Nel frattempo abbiamo commissionato una revisione totale a un professionista esterno; lo sviluppo ora e' COMPLETO ed E' ON-LINE SU www.oliservice.org   con "qualche" bella novita'! Vedere per credere...

The idea of this web site arose during the Service Managers' meeting held on Nov 22-2008, when more than 50 persons gathered in Ivrea from 5 Countries.
First of all we wish to offer a tool that facilitates keeping in touch all those people that shared the "Service Culture", and for this purpose we put online the coordinates of those of you that confirmed this willing.
It's now on you to keep the site up-to-date and live: please review your own coordinates and update them when necessary.
We also encourage you to send documentation about any "event" related to you and that you would be glad to share with your friends: that would be the proof that all the time we spent together was not only a business need. We count on you!
A short comment to this web site version: we decided to announce it in Feb 2009 even though it was still in a draft version; it contains most of the documentation shown at the meeting in Ivrea and a rich Photo gallery.
It was developed in lack of financial resources but in abundance of enthusiasm; I hope you will like it also for this reason.

In the meantime we assigned an external professional the responsibility for its global revision; that job is now completed and the new version IS AVAILABLE at www.oliservice.org   with some nice improvement! See it and believe it...
